This update is provided in response to members’ enquiries about the ongoing negotiations on compensation matters. The following report summarizes metrics regarding reputational measures, workload and salary for Guelph and comparators. We believe this information demonstrates the reasonableness of our proposals on workload and salary as well as the gap that remains to be bridged between the UGFA and the Administration.
